SamplerPrep: prep samples for Radio Music

Found this project announced on modwigger by gbel.

A wizard-style CLI tool for preparing audio sample packs for hardware samplers. Point it at a folder of audio files, pick your device, and it handles conversion, organisation, and copying to your SD card.

Very handy if you, like be, get sick and tired of remembering ffmpeg flags to prep samples for the OG Radio Music module.
